Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our online catalogue clicking on any items that you wish to buy and placing them into the shopping basket. You can check the items in your basket and amend as necessary by clicking the 'View/update your basket' link at the top right of the page at any time. After you have finished your selection, click on "Proceed to checkout" link and you will then be asked for a few details that we need in order to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, and Switch. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. If you prefer, you may send you credit card details separately by selecting "Send Credit Card Details Separatley" from the drop down list presented during the checkout stage.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your complete order we will send you an e-mail advice and you can let us know if you would still like to receive the particular item.

Shipping And Handling On receipt of your order we will send you an e-mail confirmation. A further e-mail will be sent to you when your order is ready for despatch.

We will normally despatch to you within 12 working days from receipt of your order. If a longer leadtime is envisaged we will advise you at the time of confirmation of your order.

Overseas Customers We are delighted to make arrangements for worldwide delivery in any quantity, small or large. Please contact us on sales@adjustoform.com and we will provide you with a quotation.

Catalogue Request We are only too pleased to supply printed catalogues.

Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is added to all orders.

Returns Policy We hope you're going to be satisfied with your order, but if you are not happy for any reason we will accept the return of goods within 14 days from receipt, for replacement or refund.

If any item is received damaged or incorrect we will refund the delivery charge. If the item is simply not required the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us, and for the cost of delivery and subsequent return.
