Shipping & Handling

On receipt of your order we will send you an e-mail confirmation. A further e-mail will be sent to you when your order is ready for despatch. We will normally despatch to you within 5 working days from receipt of your order. If a longer lead time is envisaged, we aim to advise you at the time of confirmation of your order. All prices include Shipping to a UK mainland address

We shall not be under any obligation to notify the Buyer at the time delivery actually takes place. Receipt and signature for any Goods by any person on behalf of the Buyer at such place of delivery shall be conclusive evidence of delivery of those Goods and we shall not be under any obligation to enquire into the authority of such person.

Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the Goods howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed expressly by us in writing. The Goods may be delivered in advance of the quoted delivery date upon giving reasonable notice to the Buyer

We would be delighted to make arrangements with overseas customers for worldwide delivery in any quantity, small or large. Please contact us via our contact page and we will provide you with a quotation.

Tax Charges

All prices include 20% VAT.

Guarantee

We warrants that Goods ordered via our website will be received free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of their delivery.

We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.

Any claim under the above warranty shall (whether or not delivery is refused by the Buyer) be notified to the Seller within 7 days after the date of delivery or in the case of any defect or failure not apparent on reasonable inspection within a reasonable time after the date of delivery and in any event within 7 days after discovery of such defect or failure.

Where any valid claim in respect of any of the Goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or their failure to meet a specification is notified to us in accordance with these Conditions, we shall be entitled to repair or replace the Goods (or the part in question) free of charge or at our sole discretion, to refund to the Buyer the price of the Goods or a proportionate part of the price, but we shall have no further liability to the Buyer.

We shall not be liable to the Buyer by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty under statute common law or the express terms of the Contract, for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise) costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (and whether caused by the negligence of us, ou employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the Goods or their use.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Conditions.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you’re going to be satisfied with your order, but if you are not happy for any reason please contact us and we will accept the return of goods within 14 days from receipt, for replacement or refund.

If the item is without fault and is simply not required, you will be responsible for returning the item to us and for the cost of return delivery.

Please note that goods will only be accepted with prior notification.

Cancellation

If you wish to to cancel your order then please contact us immediately via the details on our contact page.

If the goods have not been despatched, then we will refund your order in total. If the goods have been despatched, we will ask you to return the goods and you will be responsible for the cost of the return delivery.
